
The employer service is a service of the municipal job centre jenarbeit. It serves the regional economy and offers practical solutions for employers. In cooperation with the case management, we look for the right people for your vacancies, organise applicant days and advise you in a customer-oriented and needs-based manner on all questions of hiring and promoting recipients of unemployment benefit II. We sift through application documents and make a qualified preselection. If necessary, we arrange a job-related qualification of the applicant.
If required, we organise measures for activation and professional integration according to SGB III (training measures), so that you can test the applicant's suitability for your company and the position to be filled. In addition, we advise with our office for integration services on various employer subsidies, such as:
- Integration subsidy (EGZ)
- Support instrument § 16e SGB II "Integration of the long-term unemployed
- Support instrument § 16i SGB II "Participation in the labour market".
